At a city wide charrette, Sputnik Architecture’s Peter Hargraves
lead the development the proposition for an art walk which would link
various important landmarks throughout the city; most importantly,
reconnecting the Forks to the downtown core. This proposition was
later presented to the City of Winnipeg and Jan Gehl during his visit.

part three - development : CARNIVAL FORT GARRY
Individually, one transect of the ARTwalk was developed to further explore the potential of each space as well as to represent the human experience. Carnival Fort Garry is a arts performance space celebrating of the architecture and lore behind Hotel Fort Garry.
